Qualifications

• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) required or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service experience over the phone.
• Ability to work in a multi-functional unit and handle audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage OnBase queue tasks for Premium Technician review.
• Triage department phone inquiries and route to appropriate staff.
• Schedule audit appointments for Premium Auditors.
• Estimate audits and process mail audits.
• Review tax records to verify exposure for mail audits.
• Contact customers to gather information and adjust audits.
• Analyze class codes using PAAS, NCCI and other tools.
• Enter audit results into Point to generate invoices.
• Communicate policy changes due to audit findings.
• Perform general administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Work with minimal supervision.
