Qualifications

• Education as stated; combinations with experience may be considered.
• 1 year as Premium Analyst II with audit processing skills or 3–4 years in related audit/payroll roles.
• Understanding of vendor audit formats and state regulatory rules.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate submitted vendor audits and decide which require further review.
• Approve, complete and process mail audits and adjustments.
• Review phone and physical audits for findings and communicate to staff.
• Amend policies based on audit findings and adjust classifications as needed.
• Contact insureds, accountants or agents to gather information for correct classifications.
• Research payroll, class codes, entities, and state rules to inform audits.
• Communicate policy changes to payroll, state codes, and addresses.
• Manage workflow inventory to meet service goals.
• Train Premium Analyst I/II and Audit Technicians.
• Prepare written correspondence and maintain confidentiality.
