Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level with an Accounting degree OR 2+ years in accounting, finance, or a professional office.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and Mac products.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-Starter: High-level organizational skills and ability to manage time in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Support invoicing and daily financial operations.
• Perform daily reconciliation and reconcile driver payroll.
• Handle data entry and assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
