Hermes Worldwide seeks an Accounting Support Specialist to join our luxury transportation team. You will assist with AP/AR and invoicing, verify daily reservations, and reconcile driver payroll, while ensuring data integrity in our accounting systems.

The role requires strong organization, tech savviness, and customer-first communication. Preferred candidates have an accounting degree or 2+ years of accounting experience, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: either entry-level with an accounting degree or 2+ years in accounting or finance.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office, Google Suite and Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and invoicing.
• Verify and close out daily reservations and reconcile driver payroll.
• Perform data entry in accounting systems and assist with ad-hoc reporting.
• Provide top-tier service through daily interactions with clients and staff.
