Hermes Worldwide, a leader in premium transportation, is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Denver. This role blends numbers with world-class client support in a high-volume environment.

You will handle AP/AR, invoicing, daily reconciliations, payroll-related tasks, and data entry while maintaining data integrity and delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues, across a 40-hour, M-F schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or 2+ years in accounting, finance, or professional office.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and Mac products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing.
• Daily reconciliation: verify and close daily reservations and reconcile driver payroll.
• Data entry in accounting systems and ad-hoc reporting and projects.
• Provide top-tier service through daily interactions with clients and internal team members.
