Datadog is seeking a Senior Premier Technical Support Engineer to empower customers and prospects with expert guidance on our platform. You will collaborate with Premier customers, reproduce complex issues, and drive engineering conversations to align solutions with real-world use cases.

This hybrid role emphasizes mentorship, rapid issue resolution, and active participation in health checks and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-channel technical support experience at a PaaS, IaaS or SaaS company.
• Problem-solver with knowledge of Linux, networks and programming basics.
• Willing to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Premier customer requests via phone, chat and tickets and educate on Datadog use.
• Develop relationships with Premier customers and understand their environments.
• Reproduce issues and assist with 1,000+ Datadog integrations.
• Handle escalation requests and participate in incident management when needed.
• Build expertise across Datadog product areas and mentor junior teammates.
• Contribute to health checks, documentation and knowledge base updates.
