Landing Point, a prestigious international law firm with a strong global footprint, seeks an IT Support Specialist in Washington, DC to ensure seamless IT operations. You will deliver remote and deskside support for hardware and software, manage tickets, and provide white-glove service across regional offices.

The role requires hands-on experience with AV systems, collaboration tools (Webex, Cisco Jabber, BlueJeans), and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a client service driven help desk environment.
• Experience with AV conference rooms and equipment.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Webex, Cisco Jabber, and BlueJeans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with remote device support and IP telephony.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree or IT training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside help desk support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and research problems, escalate when necessary.
• Create, escape, and close tickets on the Helpdesk platform.
• Deliver white glove service and schedule end-user appointments.
• Support AV conference rooms and collaborate with the NY Telecom Team.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist training team with new hire and ongoing training.
• Participate in US regional afterhours support rotation.
• Travel as needed to assist other offices.
