Station Casinos seeks a Butler to be the primary liaison between distinguished guests and the resort, ensuring exceptional service during stays and coordinating all special arrangements or services with courtesy and efficiency.

The role requires experience in luxury properties, strong beverage service knowledge, exemplary customer service, and the discretion to protect guest information while managing multiple tasks and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Four or Five Diamond or Luxury Resort as a Butler, Personal Valet, Captain or Personal Coordinator.
• Working knowledge of beverage service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between the guest and the resort, providing exceptional service during their stay.
• Coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services
• Maintain discretion and uphold company standards, policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members and management under pressure.
