Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Coordinator – Butler to deliver exceptional service to guests assigned to Butler service. You will take orders, manage liquor tasks, coordinate transportation, and maintain guest profiles to ensure personalized experiences.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires a high standard of professionalism and teamwork within a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of service experience in a luxury hotel, casino, restaurant, or related hospitality field.
• Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and general computer proficiency.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card and any other certification or license as required by law or policy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers all phone calls and SMS messages promptly and according to service standards.
• Accurately takes and enters guest orders into the POS system and coordinates with Butlers to ensure timely service.
• Manages liquor-related tasks, including processing charges through the POS system and maintaining a liquor tracking log.
• Books and confirms guest transportation requests.
• Maintains and updates departmental information to ensure accurate execution of guest services.
• Responds to guest inquiries regarding The Venetian Resort and Las Vegas, researching information when needed.
• Records pertinent information and preferences in guest profiles for personalized service.
• Ensures guest-related comps for amenities are submitted correctly.
• Assists in recording laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and shoe polishing services.
• Collaborates with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
