Qualifications

Experience in a Four or Five Diamond or Luxury Resort as Butler, Personal Valet, Captain or Personal Coordinator.
Working knowledge of beverage service.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Ability to follow directions, make quick decisions, and remain discreet under pressure.

Responsibilities

Serve as the link between Guests and resort services with courtesy and efficiency.
Coordinate all Guest requests for special arrangements or services.
Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and discretion at all times.
Uphold company standards, policies and procedures.
