Advanced Technology Services seeks a Predictive Maintenance Specialist to support industrial maintenance and keep factories running reliably. You will perform expert level maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and analyze equipment using predictive technologies to guide proactive actions.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical skills, travel as needed, and experience with vibration analysis, laser interferometry, and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant technical training.
• Proficiency in predictive technologies and equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance as required.
• Program, troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems.
• Utilize predictive equipment and interpret results for analysis and proactive maintenance.
• Lead CI activities and identify cost-saving improvements.
• Travel as needed and document maintenance activities.
