ATS, established in 1985, seeks a highly skilled maintenance professional to keep complex manufacturing systems running at peak efficiency. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and design improvements across mechanical and electrical equipment in a factory environment.

The candidate will apply vibration analysis, laser interferometry, and precision alignments, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a technical focus and 7 years of related industry experience, or 10 years in the industry.
• Proficiency in vibration analysis and laser interferometer operations.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Six Sigma experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, and designs improvements as required.
• Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve software/hardware issues.
• Uses predictive maintenance techniques to assess equipment condition and perform proactive repairs.
• Leads CI activities to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Identifies parts and sources necessary for repairs and suggests engineered solutions.
