The role collaborates with planners to improve procedures and may operate lathes and drill presses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Identify and source parts and repair items to optimize cost and reliability.
• Independently perform maintenance per industry standards.
• Collaborate with Planner Scheduler to optimize PM procedures.
• Operate multiple machining operations and perform welding as needed.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards; participate in CI activities.
• Assist lower level technicians and contribute to training.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems and analyze data.
• Use predictive maintenance technologies to monitor equipment.
• Maintain CMMS records and training for career development.
• Adhere to safety policies and manage hazardous conditions.
