Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is a leading industrial maintenance provider helping factories run reliably and efficiently. This role focuses on expert break‑fix and preventive maintenance, plus programming and troubleshooting complex control systems to resolve issues on production lines.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and an associate degree with technical focus (7+ years) or 10 years of related experience, with Six Sigma experience being desirable.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate degree with technical focus and 7+ years related experience; or 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency with vibration analysis and laser interferometer operations.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; ability to analyze and repair.
• Must be able to use hand tools and specialized tools.
• May travel.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break‑fix and preventive maintenance and designs improvements for mechanical/electrical equipment as required.
• Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve software/hardware issues.
• Uses predictive equipment and interprets results for analysis and proactive maintenance.
• Leads and participates in continuous improvement (CI) activities.
• Identifies and sources parts and repair items; suggests alternatives to improve reliability.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
• Follows 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Gathers data for cost analysis and updates CMMS records.
