Job summary

ATS is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing setting in Texas. You will identify root causes, source parts, and implement durable repairs with safety and 5S in mind.

The role involves machining, welding, and working with planning teams to optimize CMMS records and predictive maintenance data. Candidates should have an Associate degree (technical) with 5–7 years of related experience or a High School/GED

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus 5 years in the industry or 7 years in the field.
• Associates degree with technical focus preferred.
• Experience with predictive technologies and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies and sources parts; evaluates alternatives for cost/reliability.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards; may travel.
• Leads CI activities and supports training of junior staff.
• Operates machining tools and may weld; ensures 5S compliance.
