The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of construction management experience, with up to 50% travel and hybrid work arrangements across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 5+ years in industrial/commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client interface experience.
• Experience optimizing construction scheduling and sequencing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction planning, bid packages, scheduling, estimating, and reporting.
• Contribute to design constructability reviews and sequencing plans.
• Coordinate between design, procurement and construction teams for timely information flow.
• Develop risk registers and mitigation plans with stakeholders.
