We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join a well-established and highly respected General Contractor partnered with ROI. This individual will play a critical role in the pursuit, planning, and successful execution of commercial construction projects by leading preconstruction efforts from initial client engagement through project turnover to operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, and client relationship management. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects while collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure projects are positioned for success before construction begins.
Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
