Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. You will lead teams, manage budgets, monitor site progress, and ensure quality while complying with regulations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (preferred), proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.
Project Manager plays a central role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from planning through completion. By blending leadership, technical expertise, budget management, and clear communication, the project manager ensures that teams stay aligned, timelines are met, and quality standards are upheld—all while navigating risks and regulatory requirements to drive long-term project and company success.
Pay Range:$80,000-$110,000
