Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial sites. You will monitor subcontractors, crews, and materials to keep projects on schedule.

You will conduct daily site inspections, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain thorough documentation. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and architects is essential to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).

Qualifications

Pay

$45.00/hr. - $60.00/hr. Plus overtime opportunities
