Job summary

• Independently manage cross-functional industrial pre-construction projects from site selection through design, permitting, and contract execution.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Entitlements, Construction, Finance, and external stakeholders to secure resources and milestones.
• Lead site selection, validation, and design management to develop site plans compliant with design standards and requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and oversee budget tracking, schedule, and cashflow forecasting.
