Job summary

Kovach Enclosure Systems is seeking a driven Preconstruction Inside Sales Development Representative in Chandler, AZ to identify new construction opportunities and connect prospective customers with our Preconstruction team.

You’ll research projects, build targeted prospect lists, and conduct outbound outreach to generate qualified opportunities, while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and supporting the front-end sales process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Inside sales, sales development, or outbound roles preferred.
• B2B experience is preferred.
• Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Willingness to learn Kovach’s services and markets.

Responsibilities

• Research upcoming construction projects and key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email to generate interest.
• Navigate organizations to identify right contacts.
• Ask discovery questions to understand project needs and timing.
• Follow up until meeting is scheduled or opportunity is disqualified.
• Qualify opportunities and provide information to Preconstruction Managers.
• Schedule introductions between prospects and the Preconstruction Manager.
• Maintain Salesforce prospecting data.
• Share market intelligence and feedback.
