Hirebridge is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue in the Phoenix, AZ market. You will lead from lead generation through closing, expanding existing customer relationships and promoting safety policies on construction sites.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, preparing proposals, and maintaining current product knowledge while meeting EBITDA and revenue targets. A strong field focus and customer service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; construction materials or business preferred.
• Sales experience in construction with exposure to project management, sales and estimating.
• Technical knowledge and certifications: MS Office.
• Construction sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts; develop current product knowledge.
• Maintain client relationships and manage activation of contract services.
• Track planned and negotiated projects and bids; manage pricing terms.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, contracts and orders.
• Collect past due accounts and resolve customer issues.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reporting on the customer portfolio.
