Kovach Enclosure Systems in the Phoenix area seeks a Project Manager to own project flow through Estimating, Contracts, Engineering, and Manufacturing to field delivery. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency and profit by budgeting materials, offering value-engineered options, and tracking schedules.

Responsibilities include procurement, submittals, RCOs, LEED compliance, and cross‑department coordination while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules aligning with scope and specs.
• Serve as primary Kovach liaison with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Prepare submittals and manage material substitutions, including testing and submissions.
• Review scope and shop drawings for contract compliance and maintain alignment with requirements.
• Create and update the Kovach Project Schedule to track milestones and deadlines.
• Perform material take-offs and manage cost control for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Generate monthly cost-at-completion reports, billings, and change-order tracking.
• Issue purchase orders and manage deliveries, obtaining multiple quotes for pricing.
• Distribute installation manuals and ensure LEED compliance and internal logs.
• Draft communications, RFIs, and coordinate changes internally and with external parties.
• Provide field support through project completion and apply proactive risk management.
