Job summary

Collaborating with outside sales, branch leadership, and internal support teams, you will prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of services and equipment to project sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales operations experience.
• 2–4 years in construction supplies, equipment industry, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
