Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction background preferred.
• Experience with an ERP system is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers for quotes or purchases.
• Assist walk-in customers and sales calls.
• Create quotations using ERP software.
• Coordinate order processing with project managers and sales teams.
• Support post-sale activities and order entry.
