Job summary

Clear Title Agency of Arizona is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Gilbert. You will conduct outbound calls to cross-sell customers, qualify leads, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement strategies.

Maintain records in Salesforce, attend meetings at the main office and branches, hand qualified leads to Sales Executives, and work to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Identify and qualify sales leads, providing comprehensive information to potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Attend external meetings, networking events, and industry functions to attract new clients, uncover sales opportunities and open new accounts.
• Actively participate and attend in-person sales meetings held at the main office and various branch locations, providing insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies and drive performance.
• Ensure timely and effective handover of qualified leads to Sales Executives for further development and closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
