Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Lavergne, TN is seeking a setup technician for the slitting line. You will assemble tooling, follow PN data, and create precise shimless setups using measurement tools to meet customer specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand all shift, and communicate effectively in a team. Training for the next phase of operation and adherence to 5S are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tooling setups for the slitting line using spacers, knives, and rings.
• Follow PN data to determine required widths for orders.
• Use setup software and PN data to create shimless setups.
• Input dimensions into the computer to generate setup information.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and participate in training for the chief operator role.
