Woodward Inc. is hiring Repair & Overhaul Technicians at the Loves Park campus (AWS weekends). The role includes teardown, assembly and testing of servo valves, actuators and fuel metering units.

Training is provided with an initial 7:00–15:30 shift for two weeks, then potential shift flexibility. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read mechanical drawings, and adherence to safety and 5S principles are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to tear down, assemble and test products.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, prints and part diagrams.
• Follows documented SOPs and standard processes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test products using specified tools.
• Coordinate with team to determine work scope and analysis.
• Conduct inspections and tests and record data per standards.
• Maintain 5S and clean, organized workstations; follow safety protocols.
• Support training of other members and suggest improvements.
