Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Repair & Overhaul Technician I for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am - 3:30pm) at the Loves Park Campus. The role focuses on teardown, assembly and test of servo valves, actuators, fuel metering units and related components to meet quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams, follow documented procedures, and participate in Lean and 5S practices to improve efficiency and safety. Training periods may adjust shifts during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SOPs and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test products following documented procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define work scope.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify product quality and record results.
• Maintain 5S, organize workstation and ensure tools and materials are stored safely.
• Support training for team members and identify improvements to standard work.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
