Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking Repair & Overhaul Technicians for the Loves Park campus on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–3:30pm). Training schedule starts with 1st shift, then possible 2nd shift timing.

Role involves teardown, assembly, testing, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality servo valves, actuators, and pumps. Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose routine product issues.
• Proficient with hand tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test products per SOPs.
• Support cross-functional teams and training.
• Maintain 5S and workplace organization and safety.
• Assist in process improvements and standard work.
• Read drawings and part diagrams; ensure accuracy.
