Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking skilled, motivated Operations Technicians for our Loves Park Campus on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Thu 4:30am-3:00pm with overtime on Fridays). You'll work on servo valves, actuators, fuel metering units, and pumps, applying lean principles and 5S to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Technical instructions and SOP adherence.
Identify gap-to-standard and escalate as needed.
Basic mechanical understanding and use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

Operate and support production of servo valves, actuators, fuel metering units, and pumps.
Follow documented procedures to produce parts with specified tools and equipment.
Log daily operations and maintain quality inspections and records.
Support multiple processes on the product line and keep workstations clean and organized.
Follow lean practices (5S) and participate in continuous improvement.
