Woodward Inc. is seeking skilled Repair & Overhaul Technicians for our Loves Park, IL campus. These positions operate on AWS 2nd shift (Weekends, 3:00pm - 3:30am) and involve support for servo valves, actuators, fuel metering units, and pumps.

Training shifts run first shift for two weeks, Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm, with potential later switch to alternative schedules. Ideal candidates will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs while collaborating with

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to teardown, assemble, test products.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and instructions.
• Effective team communication and collaboration to support workflow.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test product following documented procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope and analyze product.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify accuracy and functionality.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness of workstation; store and maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
