Job summary

Wesco, a global leader in business-to-business distribution and logistics, is seeking a Production Assembler to assemble and calibrate fabricated parts to meet specifications. You will prepare parts, test, and repair units that fail tolerance.

The role emphasizes problem solving, precise measurement, reading technical drawings, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; join a team focused on productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and calibrate fabricated parts, or units to meet specifications.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
• Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Perform and log scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment.
• Stage job materials for production according to procedure.
