Wesco in the United States is seeking a Production Assembler to assemble and calibrate fabricated parts to meet specifications. You will test and repair units that fail tolerance levels and prepare parts for testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and calibrate fabricated parts to meet specifications.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
• Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations.
• Inspect and test work for quality.
• Perform and log preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed.
• Stage job materials for production according to procedure.
