Wesco is seeking a Production Assembler in Charlotte to assemble and calibrate fabricated parts to meet precise specifications. You will identify units failing tests or tolerance levels and repair them as needed, while proposing efficiencies across the line.
You will perform screening, testing, and maintenance logging for production equipment, ensuring quality at each step and accurate material staging for smooth workflow.
As a Production Assembler, you will assemble fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations. You will prepare parts for testing, test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. You will perform complex machine set up and identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary. You will be responsible for proposing measures to increase productivity and efficiency.
Shift: Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
