Wesco is seeking a Production Assembler to assemble and calibrate fabricated parts to meet product specifications. You will identify units failing tests and perform repairs as needed, while proposing improvements to productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with measuring and inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and calibrate fabricated parts to meet specs.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerances and repair them.
• Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Perform screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations.
• Inspect and test work for quality.
• Perform and log preventive maintenance of production equipment.
