Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Production Assembler to assemble and calibrate fabricated parts at floor stations to meet precise tolerances and specifications. You will identify units that fail tests and repair them as needed, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and the company offers opportunities for training and career growth within a global supply chain leadership organization.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and calibrate fabricated parts to meet product specifications.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
• Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations.
• Inspect and test work for quality.
• Perform and log scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment.
• Determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed.
• Stage job materials for production according to procedure.
