Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 Class 3 experience required.

• Hands-on experience soldering SMT and through-hole components on PCBs.
• Ability to read BOMs, assembly drawings, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Solder SMT and Through-Hole components onto PCBs.
• Perform precision soldering and inspection under a microscope.
• Follow IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
• Read and interpret BOMs, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform rework or touch-up to ensure boards meet quality standards.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting production schedules.
• Communicate defects or issues to supervisors and engineering as required.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
