Job summary

Checkpoint Systems in Thorofare, NJ seeks an Electronics Technician for a 3-month temporary contract to support hardware development efforts. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on electronics technician experience.
• Strong SMT soldering and rework down to 0402.
• Experience assembling prototype and production PCBs.
• Ability to use oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, microscopes.
• Independent work ethic and ability to follow engineer instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manual SMT soldering and rework down to 0402.
• Build prototype and production PCBs and complete full board hand-builds.
• Conduct electrical testing and document results.
• Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and workstations.
