Responsibilities

Title: Soldering Technician - Printed Circuit Boards

Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057

Type: 3 month temp-to-perm

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:0AM - 4:30 PM (four 10 hour days)

Pay: $16-20/hr - Class 2 (Depends on experience) / $20-25/hr - Class 3 (Advanced Micro Soldering)

Responsibilities

• Solder Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole components onto printed circuit boards.
• Perform precision soldering and inspection work using a microscope.
• Follow IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
• Read and interpret process documentation including Bills of Material (BOMs), assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform rework or touch-up as needed to ensure boards meet quality standards.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting production schedules.
• Communicate defects or issues to supervisors and engineering as required.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
