Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an SMT Machine Operator for an electronics manufacturer in Moorestown, NJ. The role involves operating a computer-based production machine to add components to circuit boards; training is provided and no prior SMT experience is required.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (four 10-hour days), 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity with pay ranging $17–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with training provided.
• Candidate should be computer savvy or have experience with electronics or circuit boards.

Responsibilities

• Set up SMT equipment and operate production lines.
• Load component feeders on Universal and Quad equipment.
• Work with fine pitch technology, leaded and lead-free assemblies.
• Operate Automated Equipment in PCB manufacturing.
• Manufacture printed circuit board assemblies to spec.
• Maintain mechanical condition and cleanliness of equipment.
• Perform routine equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance.
