Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking an Electronics Repair Technician in Willingboro, NJ for a direct hire, permanent role. Strong soldering skills and hands-on troubleshooting of electronic components at the board level are required.

Responsibilities include soldering, PCB work, using a digital multimeter, and ensuring quality and documentation compliance. This on-site position runs Monday–Friday with mandatory Saturday work and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of through-hole and surface mount soldering experience.
• Ability to use a digital multimeter for diagnostics.
• Knowledge of electronic components, polarity, and PCB assembly.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Perform through-hole and surface mount soldering and rework.
• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the component level.
• Use digital multimeters to test and verify repairs.
• Inspect solder joints and repair defects as needed.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and documentation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, ESD‑safe work environment.
