Job summary

PeopleShare is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector in Moorestown, NJ to inspect PCB assemblies and ensure IPC Class 3 quality for high-reliability applications. The role is a 4-month temp-to-perm position with 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (four 10-hour days). Pay ranges from $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

The candidate will document findings, communicate issues to production and engineering, and collaborate to resolve quality issues while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on PCB inspection experience.
• Experience inspecting Military/Avionics/Medical IPC Class 3 assemblies.
• Ability to perform detailed inspection under a microscope.
• IPC-A-610 or IPC J-STD-001 certifications are a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Capable of maintaining accurate inspection records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect printed circuit board assemblies, cables, and wires using microscopes and other inspection tools.
• Verify products meet IPC Class 3 quality standards for high-reliability applications (Military/Avionics/Medical).
• Review workmanship, solder quality, component placement, and assembly integrity.
• Document inspection findings and communicate issues to production and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow established quality procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all internal quality standards and applicable industry standards.
