Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and bi-weekly multi-company, multi-state payrolls using ADP. You will ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws while supporting payroll data integrity.

You will resolve HR-related payroll issues, manage prevailing wage reports with LCP Tracker and WA L&I, and use the BOLT timekeeping system daily. Confidential records and policy updates are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with payroll systems; job costing experience preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• HCM/ADP experience and CPP certification preferred.
• Bilingual preferred; associate or bachelor degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for weekly and bi-weekly multi-company, multi-state payrolls.
• Reconcile payroll and general ledger accounts; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Review time clock reports for accuracy and corrections.
• Prepare and file Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll via LCP Tracker and WA L&I.
• Track compliance with training, certifications, licensure, and assessments.
• Maintain employee records including leaves of absence and verifications.
• Develop and update payroll policies, procedures, and reports.
• Generate payroll/HR reports to support leadership and compliance needs.
• Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee data and absences.
