Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated seeks a Manufacturing Tech I to support the liner process and production operations. You will set up and operate machinery, read blueprints, and ensure quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic reading/writing in English, manual dexterity, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Overtime may be required, and safe, efficient workmanship is essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must follow detailed instructions, do accurate work at a rapid pace and meet scheduling deadlines.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to bend, squat, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects.
• The employee must be able to carry/lift up to 40 pounds and be able to rotate item being handled.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery in support of the production process.
• Perform operations per specifications on drawings and documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete daily production logs and equipment maintenance checks.
• Adhere to internal quality systems and procedures.
