Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I to process components through the liner process. The role emphasizes safety, setup and operation of machinery in support of the production flow, and adherence to drawings and procedures.

You will maintain a clean, safe work area, read blueprints, perform equipment maintenance checks, complete production logs, and uphold internal quality systems. Training and teamwork are valued for continual improvement.

Qualifications

High School education or GED required.
Must read and write English.
Must follow detailed instructions, do accurate work at a rapid pace and meet scheduling deadlines.
Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.
Available to work overtime as required.
Work on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate machinery in support of the production process.
Performs operations per specifications on drawing/print and documented procedures.
Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times.
Complete daily production logs as required.
Complete required equipment maintenance checks.
Responsible for complying with internal quality systems and procedures.
Read blueprints/engineering drawings.
