Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on processing components through the liner process while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will set up and operate machinery, read engineering drawings, and complete daily production logs, with an emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail. This position requires flexibility for overtime and physical endurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must read and write English and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong manual dexterity; able to perform repetitive tasks quickly.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Overtime may be required.
• Read and interpret drawings/blueprints and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Process components per drawings and documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete daily production logs and maintenance checks.
• Adhere to internal quality systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet schedules and quality targets.
