RBC Bearings Incorporated seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support the Manufacturing Engineering Department in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and effective communication while driving continuous improvement through lean methods.

The technician will interpret process docs, assist in capital equipment projects, and help implement engineering changes to production processes. Strong problem-solving and organization skills are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 2 years manufacturing or related experience, or 3 years with a HS diploma/GED.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and write clear technical instructions.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety is the foundation of daily work and promote a culture of continual improvement.
• Support the ME team with technical and general tasks.
• Interpret and maintain manufacturing process documentation (routers, RWPs, SOPs, Work Orders).
• Coordinate capital equipment acquisitions and implementations.
• Participate in the engineering change process and provide training to production personnel.
