Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated in Fairfield, CT is seeking a production operator to perform bench operations on Teflon-lined parts under supervision. Qualifications

• Maintain accurate production counts and verify dimensions with simple measuring tools.
• Perform bench operations on Teflon-lined parts: install liners, cut/trim Teflon, loosen bearings, hone to size, clean bearings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, especially in the Clean Room, and follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production counts and dimensional checks using simple measuring instruments.
• Perform bench operations on Teflon-lined parts and related assembly tasks as described.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety in the Clean Room and assist as required.
