Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated / Sargent Aerospace & Defense is seeking an entry-level CNC Maintenance Tech I to support production equipment maintenance and preventative measures. The role emphasizes safety as the foundation of daily work, with tasks including basic PMs, basic troubleshooting, and collaboration with other maintenance staff.

The successful candidate will read and write in English, handle basic hand tools, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. A U.S.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Must be able to read and write English.
Demonstrated use and understanding of basic hand tools.
Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Perform documented basic preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Execute guided projects on equipment improvements, rebuilds, or basic troubleshooting.
Assist other Maintenance Techs with advanced PMs and troubleshooting.
Track maintenance activities in CMMS.
Perform coolant tank PMs and oil skimmer PMs.
